Terms of full
time courses application acceptance: from March15
until August 25
Terms of part time courses application acceptance:
from March 15 until October 25
To enter Antalya College of Tourism the following
procedures are required:
1. Documents
• Application form. Please, do not forget to specify
your contact information so we can contact you.
• Reference form from the former place of study or
work.
• Documentary proof of your education.
(certificates/diplomas/etc.).
• Four passport photo 4x3cm head and shoulders jpg
by preference
• A Health report confirming suitability for
education, AIDs test report.
• Passport photocopy (the page with the photo and
personal information
You can send documents copies personally or via a
representative office of the College in your region
to the admission committee by email

or fax +90 242 323 14 62.
If for any reason you don’t have any of these
documents, please, send the ones you have and
explain the reason why the other documents are
missing (for example, you are still waiting for your
certificates or passport to arrive).
English department registration is carried out after
enrollment. Having arrived in the College students,
entering the courses based on 11 forms, will write
an English Proficiency Test, results of which will
show if students are able to study and pass exams to
receive an English diploma
2. Enrollment decision
The admission committee of the College will consider
your documents (up to 10 working days) and after
that the College coordinator will send you an
enrollment confirmation, an agreement of
apprenticeship and an invoice.
Telephone interview or testing may be required (at
the committee’s discretion).
3. Agreement signing and tuition paying
After signing the agreement you should send it back
to College (scanned copy). You should bring the hard
copy of the agreement with you when you come for
studying.
Enrollment will be accomplished after making a
payment of 50% of the yearly course fee.
No matter if you contact us directly or via our
representative office, the tuition fee remains the
same.
Payment can be made through any commercial bank or a
fast money transfer system Western Union, as well as
in cash at the College.
4. Student visa procurement
After receiving payment, College will send you an
official invitation for the student visa procurement
at the consular department of the Turkish Embassy in
your region.
The whole process usually takes 1.5-2 months, that’s
why it is better to file documents to the consular
department of the Turkish Embassy before August 25.
When visa is ready you can take it from the consular
department you applied to, before coming to Turkey.
5. Final payment and coming for studying
The rest part of the payment should be made within
the terms specified in the invoice.
You will be informed about the date of studies
beginning by a College coordinator. After receiving
a student visa you are to come to Antalya by the
beginning of the academic year.
Students, who failed to file the documents for
student visa within the specified terms, but would
like to start education and there are places, may
contact the College on an individual basis. In this
case documents issuing will take extra time and
costs.
After coming to Turkey are purchased:
• Medical insurance
• Study materials
• For the 1st year students – obligatory uniform
NB! For Turkish citizens and those who do not need a
student visa, the steps 4 and 5 are omitted.
